We recognise that our commitment to safety is integral to your visit and our collective ongoing battle to beat Covid-19.
What we’re doing at KIBOU – 19.07.21 update
Like the rest of the UK, we’re eagerly awaiting the lifting of restrictions on the 19th July.
We want to reassure you however that we’ll still be doing our bit to keep you and our teams safe during this transition.
Below are details of some of the measures that we’ll continue to put into place at the restaurant plus ways that you can help work with us to meet these measures.
There’ll no longer be any restriction on numbers that we can cater for inside the restaurant, so those long-awaited get-togethers can finally happen again, and we’ll be reintroducing bar service for those who want it. But we’re going to do all this sensibly and with your safety in mind.
The team will still run their extra cleansing routines throughout the restaurant and we’ll continue to leave at least 15 minutes between table turns to ensure this is done thoroughly.
You’ll also still find hand sanitising stations around the restaurant and in the toilets for you to use.
Our teams, both front and back of house, will be temperature checked each day and will continue to wear masks whilst on service.
Whilst you no longer have to, we kindly ask that you’re considerate of each other and if possible, wear a mask when moving around the restaurant.
Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to working with us on this. Please remember your health and safety is absolutely paramount to us.
