November we charge our glasses to Lorenzo. Lorenzo began his journey in KIBOU Clifton when we opened in 2021 as a sushi chef. Since then he has continued with his development, making the move to KIBOU Battersea and is now their newly promoted Sous Chef. So well deserved and well earned.
