Yes, all of our restaurants take bookings, and it is highly recommended, especially at weekends.

The easiest way to make a booking is via our website as it always displays up to date availability information.

We will happily add you to a wait list should you ask, but we cannot guarantee that a table will become available during your required time.

We do not normally take a deposit for bookings, but we may sometimes ask for payment authentication to secure a booking if it is over 6 people or during peak trading times. This will be requested at the time of booking. No money will be taken from your account unless you fail to turn up for your booking or fail to cancel the booking without giving us 24 hours’ notice.

Yes, afternoon tea is only available to pre-booked guests, and only if you book 48 hours in advance.

Most of our restaurants only offer outdoor tables to walk-in guests. Where there are covered outdoor tables, such as in our Battersea restaurant, then some tables are available to book.

Whilst the majority of our tables are available to be pre-booked, we do have a few tables within the bar and lounge areas of each restaurant that are available for walk-in guests.

Some of our restaurants have private dining rooms, whilst others have semi-private dining areas. To find out more about our private dining room please visit our group and private dining page.

We understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, so please let us know with as much notice as possible if you need to do so – ideally at least 24 hours. You can find contact details to each of our restaurant here.
Tables will be held for 15 minutes post designated arrival time.

Changes to your reservation can be made via your booking confirmation email. If for any reason you cannot make these changes online, then please email or call the restaurant and we’ll do our best to make the changes that you require.

Yes, we are well-equipped for babies at all our restaurants, and consider ourselves are very family friendly venue.

We add a discretionary service charge to your bill if you visit one of our restaurants, all of which goes 100% to our front and back of house restaurant teams.

All of our restaurants offer a discount for Blue Light workers on showing a member of staff their eligibility card: 15% off food, eat-in only.

Dogs are allowed within the outside areas of our restaurants.

Dogs allowed inside varies per restaurant. If you have a specific query, please email the restaurant concerned.

The only dogs allowed in all our restaurants are assistance dogs, which are most welcome.

Yes, we sell a range of physical and e-gift cards which are available to purchase either via our website or within the restaurant.

Should you purchase a physical gift card off the website, there will be additional fees for postage (£3.25 per card via 1^st Class Royal Mail).

Gift cards are valid for 12 months following purchase. Once you purchase a gift card or receive one as a gift, we advise you to register your card online. You are then able to ‘top up’ the card should you wish to add further value to it, plus we are able to replace the physical gift card should you lose it.

Please contact us via our contact us form and we’ll see what we can do to help you. If your voucher has already expired we are unable to extend.

Unfortunately, you are not currently able to use your voucher on our Click & Collect takeaway platform. Should you wish to order a takeaway and pay using your gift voucher, then please email through your order to the restaurant and they will contact you to take payment over the phone. Yes, some of our restaurants offer Click & Collect takeaway services.

I’m afraid, we don’t alter any of our takeaway dishes for guests with allergens or intolerances. You can view specific allergen information at the top of this page.

We currently offer a Click & Collect takeaway and Deliveroo at all our restaurants except Oxford.

In 2021 we introduced a new range of recycled and recyclable takeaway packaging.  These include leak proof, seaweed lined recycled boxes that are UK manufactured and home compostable within 6 weeks, fully recyclable polymer lined FSC approved sushi trays and RPET lids, and recycled paper takeaway bags.

Our fish – We only work with fish suppliers who, like us, care about protecting the world’s fish and seafood stocks.

Our salmon is sourced from Loch Duart, a small scale, sustainable fishery in Scotland with animal welfare at the heart of its business. They also practice Ikejime, a traditional Japanese method of harvesting fish in a more humane way.

Our tuna is pole and line caught and our yellowtail comes from recognised sustainable suppliers in the Indian Ocean.

Our meat – all of our meat is British. Our poultry is certified by Red Tractor as being good quality and safely produced.

We waste as little food as possible by using offcuts in other dishes and for stocks. What we can’t use is recycled. Our food waste is transformed into renewable energy at an Anaerobic Digestion facility.
