Get to grips with making all your favourite sushi at KIBOU Cheltenham, with a new season of sushi making classes held in the restaurant.
Classes take place monthly on the 3rd Thursday of each month, (excluding December), and start from 7pm.
The session will last for 2 ½ hours, and includes a range of sushi-making tuition, a welcome cocktail from Roku gin, and the opportunity to enjoy all of your creations in the restaurant after the class.
There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to learn about the origins and history of sushi, as well as how to prepare a range of our most favourite dishes.
Sushi included in the class:
- Futomaki
- Uramaki (California Roll)
- Hosomaki
- Temaki
- Nigiri
Classes costs £50 per person, with a minimum of 9 people per class. Pre-booking and pre-payment is essential.
