What’s your KIBOU classic go-to? When was the last time you tried something new?

They say the average UK household always cooks the same six to nine dishes on rotation, and when you look at sales of dishes in our restaurants, the tendency to order the same thing each visit seems just as strong.

So, to shake things up a little, we’ve created our Top 5 Sushi Swaps for you to try when you next with us. They’re great alternatives to your usual sushi or sashimi orders.

No.1 Tataki

Slightly seared sashimi, served with the most tasty of dressings, alongside other toppings such as mango, chives, red amaranth, roasted sesame and chilli.

Our favourites are tuna, scallop and decadent Joshu wagyu beef.
