From 24th February we’re opening every Monday, and to help you banish those Monday blues, we’re adopting the Japanese custom of the “Happy Monday System”.
What’s that I hear you say?
Well, in the late 1990’s, Japan introduced an initiative to move some of their public holidays to a Monday so that everyone could enjoy a long 3 day weekend. A bit like our Bank Holiday Mondays, there are four major holidays in Japan that now benefit from the Happy Monday System, and we love their ethos of extending the weekend.
So, we decided to create a KIBOU Happy Monday System of our own, to celebrate our new Monday opening and help you extend your weekend with us.
Say hello to our special Happy Monday Happy Hour, available all day, every Monday until 24th March.
