Summer may not have warmed up as hoped, but we’ve just launched a hot new sushi picnic menu at KIBOU Cambridge that’s perfect for lazy lunches in the park or relaxing on the river.
The new ‘KIBOU in the Park’ range includes three different sharing platters for two or four people, available to click and collect via the KIBOU website. We’ve also linked up with established, Cambridge-owned private punting company, Let’s Go Punting, to offer the platters onboard their boats.
Choose from the Niji Platter, featuring a colourful rainbow of vegan sushi, or the Natsu (summer) Platter, which includes KIBOU’s signature sushi and sashimi Jo Moriawase, along with a selection of salmon, sea bream and tuna hosomaki. And for those looking for something a little more special, why not opt for the Saiko Platter. This luxury platter comes with KIBOU’s showstopping Tokujo Moriawase sushi and sashimi selection, alongside a decadent ‘Surf & Turf’ Nigiri, topped with seared salmon and wagyu beef with truffle mayo.
All ‘KIBOU in the Park’ platters also include steamed edamame topped with black lava salt and a soy and sesame dressed cucumber and seaweed salad.
