Our fabulous kitchen team have been busying themselves behind the scenes, creating some really knock-out festive specials that we know you’re going to love.
It’s the time of year when we all want to treat ourselves, and with great Japanese food at the heart of everything we do, you’re definitely in for a treat at KIBOU this Christmas!
Each of our restaurants run their own Festive Specials menu, so our talented chefs have a real opportunity to show off their skills, and delight their local guests.

🎄Seared Hokkaido Scallops with mango salsa, micro salad & togarashi.
🎄Black Cod Uramaki; 8-piece California roll filled with tempura miso black cod & mango, then topped with truffle yuzu miso, crispy onions, yukari, fresh chillies & coriander.
🎄Seabass crispy noodles. Grilled fillet of seabass on a bed of crispy noodles, with a rich brandy & miso sauce.
🎄Festive Bento Box; with rainbow uramaki, salmon taco, yellowtail & salmon sashimi, ebi nigiri and kani & chizu korokke.
