We’re thrilled by the overwhelmingly positive response to our new Teishoku lunch menu which launched in Cambridge last month!
This delicious addition was in thanks to the contributions of Hilda our talented Bartender, which was of course backed by the culinary expertise of Jay our ever wonderful Senior Head Chef.
It just goes to show that at KIBOU, every team member’s ideas are not only welcome but they’re valued and they count.
Whether she’s brewing up cocktail experiments in the bar or sharing pics of her beloved pets, Hilda brings warmth, personality and exciting ideas to the team and we love that!
