January has marked an incredible start to 2024, largely thanks to the dedication of our wonderful kitchen teams and their culinary efforts!
We kicked the year off with a menu development session at KIBOU Solihull with our senior Chefs, where they began the creative process of crafting some innovative and downright delicious ideas for the upcoming Spring menu.
We feel incredibly fortunate to collaborate with such a talented and passionate bunch of people, and even luckier that we get to sample their delights!
